Pauline works with organisations to support their neurodivergent and neurotypical employees to thrive together. She provides education on the topic of Neurodiversity and Inclusion, individual and team coaching and training on all topics around Wellbeing in the Workplace Pauline works with her clients to live in alignment with their values, dream big and recognise their full potential by uncovering their true self from behind their masks. She is especially passionate about Diversity Equity & Inclusion and creating neuro-inclusive work environments where all brains are welcome for their unique strengths and talents. Pauline walks her talk and believes in the journey of life-long learning. She has years of experience masking and wondering why it sometimes felt like such a struggle to fit in (and at other times it was so easy!). She lived abroad as an expat for more than half her life and worked in 7 countries across 4 continents. She has a neurodivergent family and is the mother of three teenage children. She lost her father at an early age and was on a soul-searching journey for many years. After a burn-out she knew it was time to make some fundamental changes in her life. Through these experiences she knows and understands the mental, physical, spiritual and emotional challenges people go through in times of transition and the role neurodivergence can play in that. Pauline is a Professional Certified Coach. She worked in multiple industries for 15 years before transitioning into her career as a Life and Leadership Coach in 2016. Pauline holds a ICF PCC credential and has over 1200 hours of coaching experience, she is an ICF accredited ADHD Specialist Coach and holds advanced coach training certifications in the areas of Leadership, Transitions and Wellbeing. She is also an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).
