Handmade Wood-Fired Stoves, for everyone to enjoy efficient & effective Outdoor-Cooking Experiences! The business is a Limited Liability Company owned and operated by Paul Jackino in Fredonia, NY. Paul designs, builds, demonstrates, caters with, and sells handmade rocket stoves (efficient outdoor cooking appliances). These rocket stoves are like a campfire for cooking or ambience - except they contain the fire - making it safer AND more efficient. Sticks &/or logs are gathered in the mouth & chimney of the rocket stoves and ignited. Oxygen naturally draws into the mouth and updrafts heat up & out the chimney. This combustion is so efficient and burns so hot - it reaches a complete combustion for a clean/smokeless burn - especially quickly with dry wood. They're perfect for cooking a steak on a grill grate, some pancakes on a griddle, veggies in a skillet. toasting marshmallows, or simply using to warm up & enjoy the ambience. Paul’s Rocket Stoves are handmade of 80% perlite (for insulation), 20% Portland cement (for coherence), a dash of shredded hemp stalk (for strength), and steel mesh (for reinforcement). Often, there's a coat of thin set mortar, and often there are rocks or other objects pressed into mortar for structural reinforcement, aesthetic, and expression (such as a the popular Cobblestone design - which Paul's Rocket Stoves has registered the trademark CobbleStove®). There are 3 sizes; Small (about the size of a paint can and weighing ~11lbs bare / ~30lbs w/rocks), Medium (about the size of a 5 gallon bucket and weighing ~40lbs bare / ~90lbs w/rocks), Large (about the size of a garbage can waist-height and weighing ~ 150lbs bare / ~260 w/rocks). ---- The mission of Paul's Rocket Stoves is to facilitate engagement with contained fire that inspires primal connection with nature and community.
