Pause is a space for women to slow down in a society that demands living 100mph. Pause gives spaces (online and in-person) for women to be themselves, rather than conforming to the new norm of a woman. Ability to be their full self - spaces to feel comfortable with their failures, regrets, bloated tummies, hip dips, lack of savings, all of it. Pause aims to create content online to give women a break, and in person events to emulate the community of a village where women can gather with no agenda or purpose, but to just belong and feel safe.
