Pavex, Inc., founded in 1972 by Robert Kalbach, Senior as a Union excavation contractor, has grown into one of the largest and most respected Site Development Contractors in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Family-owned and headquartered in Camp Hill, PA, Pavex offers a full range of services for total package site preparation, including excavation, utilities installation, and landfill services. Our Commercial and Industrial Division specializes in large excavation projects ranging from 100,000 to over 1,000,000 cubic yards, in addition to final site preparation and utility installation. Our Landfill Division specializes in the installation of new landfill cells, caps, repairs, leachate piping systems, and HDPE gas collection systems.
