Pavis nasce alla fine degli anni sessanta dopo una lunga esperienza maturata nel campo tessile, nel settore della maglieria e tessitura di qualità. Concentra la sua produzione nella contenzione addominale e si distingue sul mercato proponendo il primo slip per la contenzione dell'ernia inguinale. Nel corso degli anni amplia sempre più la sua gamma di prodotti con cinture lombari e corsetti. Alla fine degli anni novanta, dopo un'attenta ricerca di mercato, sviluppa una nuova linea di tutori per le articolazioni con nuovi materiali e tecnologie brevettate.
Pavis was established in the 1960's following a long affiliation with the textile and knitwear industry. In the beginning, production was focused on abdominal containment devices and Pavis is recognised across the industry for developing the first inguinal hernia slip device of its kind. During the following years production expanded to include lumbar belts and corsets. At the end of 1990's, after a careful study of the market, Pavis developed a new orthopedic braces line utilising unique materials and patented technologies solutions.
