We are an early Edutech startup that adopts Scientifically Researched Evidence-based Ways to teach Character Education. We develop essential attitudinal skills-sets and Character Strengths like grit, Self- control, attitudes, mindsets .. lifeskills of which can be taught and acquired by children, leading to greater academic performance and better lifeskills that leads to better health, relationships and better life. PAWER’s achievement motivation and study skills training programme was proven effective in an action research done as a theses submission for the MA (Educational Management) programme at NIE / NTU. These are important skills needed to recognize and manage emotions, develop care and concern for others, make responsible decision, establish positive relationships and handle challenging situations. There is a high social impact as we work to help the underachieving students; providing them the prerequisite skills for success (attitudinal and study skills). Our programme has shown to be also helpful to the underprivileged community to level up and break the poverty cycle.
