Pawsitive Holdings is an independent sponsor specializing in the consumer pet industry. We are a team of pet & consumer veterans on a mission to help improve the lives of pets and their humans. We are patient capital investors focused on generating long-term value through innovation, enhancing consumer experiences, and partnering with great teams. We are actively looking to invest through acquisitions. We specialize in: 1) Partnering with mission-driven management teams to help amplify their visions in the space 2) Working with corporations to help off-load and create value in under-resourced business lines. Long-term, we plan to build a connected, pet-centric holding company that offers products & services across a multitude of areas in the consumer pet space. We seek to accomplish this vision through a combination of in-house innovation, M&A, and other forms of partnerships that are aligned with our key platforms.
