Paxonix (the PaxPro product ONLY) was acquired by Persistent Systems in October of 2009 from MWV and ceased to exist as a business entity. It was a fun and exciting to learn all about SaaS, Hosting, PLM, BPM, SQA, AGILE, SCRUM, QMS, Remote Operations, 99.999 up time(the five 9's) and so much more - way ahead of anyone else actually doing it.
