Our industry experience covers the entire lifecycle of projects, including reviewing feasibility studies, town planning and VCAT, design management, marketing and sales, detailed design, tender and negotiation, construction superintendent roles and settlement and handover. This has exposed us to the full range of challenges posed to developers and their team throughout the development process.
