Payam Music

Payam Music is a music education school that is fundamentally changing the way students learn how to play piano. The proprietary methodology developed in our piano schools is based on the psychology of language learning. Students learn fundamentals and techniques through a language they already know—letters and numbers—before progressing to traditional sheet music. Not only do our students love piano lessons but they’ve been winning competitions! At Payam Music, 96% of our students reach diploma level in 4 years versus 2% of piano students reach diploma level in 12 years nationally. In 2025, Payam Music students competed in the PTA Reflections national competition against 300,000 students, securing 4 out of 5 top spots in Washington State, and the #1 spot nationally. Payam Music currently has two schools in suburban Seattle, one in Santa Monica, CA, and offers online lessons. We are expanding to new markets in the US in 2025.
