Payanm offers young people a platform for experiencing the multiple topics from formal education, while imbibing lifeskill & cultural understanding through a blended learning pedagogy based on travel. We at Payanm believe that travel can be a perfect tool and while combined with learning methodologies, can create unique and immersive learning experiences. Our aim is to integrate travel as a valuable part of learning in life, providing young people with the opportunity to explore new places, cultures, and ideas while enhancing their academic knowledge and inner reflection. Our travel based curriculum would supplement the learning, from formal education, providing an unforgettable and ever lasting learning experience. We enable young people to develop critical thinking skills, build empathy, cultural competency, and foster civic engagement through our courses. We provide opportunities to develop language inquisitiveness, adaptability, problem-solving & time-management skills, interpersonal skills, and value interdependence. The programme includes exciting pre and post modules to the actual travel which prepares them for the learning through the entire explorative expedition. Our carefully designed modules offer students the chance to visit multiple cities, witness iconic landmarks, museums, and important cultural sites, all while learning from experienced educators who specialize in their field.
