With the concept ‘Pay It Forward’, experienced professionals commit up to two hours a month to pro-bono mentoring of young professionals and business start-ups with a purpose.
The concept works as follows: for every hour of mentoring, a small fee is charged, which is donated 100% to a charitable organisation of the mentee- and mentor’s choice. As part of the concept, mentors encourage other experienced professionals to do the same: to Pay It Forward.
The concept is open-source and not regulated.
