Our mission goes beyond just providing a payroll solution; we strive to make a meaningful impact on the world. The Payroll and Time and Attendance (T&A) space has become increasingly complex. Each Payroll/T&A software company creates its own mechanism to explicitly describe the interpretation of an award, and how that interpretation is to be configured into the software that they sell. For any change in a company’s Payroll or T&A system provider, the company needs to go through the whole interpretation transformation and re-configuration process again. Wouldn’t it be easier if an organisation owned its own interpretation of the Award and could keep that as it’s “source of truth” for how it wants to pay people?
