Without these social media platforms, the workers affected by this would have had nowhere to look for answers. Credit is due to the Administrators and Moderators of these pages and groups for providing a platform for people to seek answers to issues affecting them in the absence of satisfactory communication from Revenue or the Department of Social Protection (DSP).
