PayRows is the safest way to pay and get paid. PayRows allows any seller or service provider to create a payment request and send it to the buyer. The buyer can pay using their preferred method. PayRows holds the money for 7 days after the due date set on the payment request. If the buyer has any problems, they can dispute the payment and request a refund. We then open an investigation to look into whether we should refund part or all the money or proceed with the payment. This provides safety and comfort for both parties.
