Payton Construction, Inc. is a general contractor serving Texas, specializing in the construction of water and wastewater plant facilities. Payton Construction Company was founded in Pasadena, Texas during the 1960's by Chester F. Payton. In 1988, Wendell W. Payton started a branch of Payton Construction Company in Wimberley, Texas and operated under the name of Payton Construction Company, Hill Country Division. In 1990, Payton Construction, Inc. was founded by Wendell and began operation under its new name. On October 3, 1990, Payton Construction, Inc. received its' Articles of Incorporation from the State of Texas. We have proudly operated under the same name and Article of incorporation ever since. PCI's main objective is the same today as it was when we started in 1990, to provide our customers with the highest quality project, while being completed on time at a competitive price.
