Pledger, LLC

Pledger, LLC was founded in 2018 with the sole focus of developing The Pazy App. Our primary vision was to create a college-based application that opens the door to peer-to-peer marketplace transactions beyond specific niches such as ride-sharing, food delivery, or skilled contractor work (electricians, plumbers, etc). Many individual applications exist to fill those specific needs individually. However, we were founded on a more open framework -- let the market decide what tasks users need to be completed, what they are willing to do, and for what price. We created a mobile application that allowed for this kind of flexibility for college students everywhere. The application and other assets/IP were majority acquired by a Venture Studio in 2022.
