PB&J Restaurant Group is a restaurant consulting, owning and management company that was founded in 1987 by Paul Khoury. And for more than 30 years has delighted guests across the country by offering great food and great service. Each PB&J restaurant features an inventive, fun, comfortable décor, superb service, and exciting cuisine. These elements, combined with reasonable pricing, create a casual dining experience of extraordinary value.
From the elegant dining at our four YaYa’s restaurants to the amazing fast-casual award-winning barbecue at our Burnt End restaurants, PB&J has the concept to delight any guest.
PB&J Robin was originated in 2003 as PB&J was awarded the development contract for Red Robin Gourmet Burgers for the Kansas City area. In 2007, the company started Union Restaurants to enter into the institutional and contract hospitality business and today proudly provides dining services at a number of unique venues, entertainment restaurants, company headquarters, universities, and retirement communities. In 2013, KC Lodge Ventures was added to operate Twin Peaks Sports Bars and Restaurants in the Kansas and Missouri.
In addition, PB&J has developed numerous other concepts including Grand Street Café, Paradise Diner, Coyote Grill, Yahooz, Paulo & Bill, and Eau Bistro and Cafe. PB&J are also experts in catering, with more than 4,000 events each year, hosting events as large as 25,000 guests. PB&J has catered for President Bill Clinton, President George W. Bush and was recently named one of Kansas City’s Top Three Caterers by Ingram Magazine.
PB&J is a restaurant company, and whether it is at one of the fabulous restaurants or a workplace café, or a retirement home, each guest is treated as if they are dining in our first restaurant. The staff is well-groomed, professionally dressed, and trained extensively in the finer acts of service. The food is flavorful with a great presentation, and strive to offer locally sourced and healthy options.
