The Penn Business Law Association (PBLA) seeks to expose Penn Law students to different areas of corporate law, including M&A, capital markets, private equity, among others. PBLA hosts panels and networking events for students who are interested in working in various corporate practice areas. The Association's connections with lead professionals and law firms allows the Penn Law community to be in contact with multiple perspectives from this broad area of law. PBLA is also committed to maximizing the leadership, professional, and academic skills of its members through a mentorship program.
