PBM Population Balance Modelling

The “PBM – Population Balance Modelling” network is created to enhance collaboration and exchange between researchers working on PBM in the different disciplines, including population balance fundamentals, new developments and solution techniques, coupling with other modelling techniques such as computational fluid dynamics or molecular dynamics, adaptation to complex multivariate systems in different fields, and integration in optimisation and control strategies. The fields of population balances include several systems such as pharmaceutical and chemical processing industry, medical applications and biological systems.
