ESD are a UK PCB Assembly Specialist.
The range of products made by ESD are used in products such as audio, lighting, weighing, counting, power supplies, showers and gaming around the world.
Our surface mount lines can be used for small to complex products, and we have a dedicated high volume line for competitive volume surface mount production.
For heavier duty electronics our automated Axial and Radial through-hole insertion machines and flow solder oven enable volume production of items such as power supplies at economical rates.
ESD started in 1999 sourcing computer consumables and peripherals. In 2002 we became a limited company, and at the request of customers started pcb assembly.
In 2014 we moved into our Stourbridge premises, continuing to grow in directions suggested by our customers including making complete products to customer specification.
Our purchasing team has a background in distribution, and worldwide contacts enable us to help source BOM items for our customers.
We are an ISO9001: 2015 accredited company.
