The Company has supported transactions of over $40 billion and has been a key player in developing oil and gas regulations in Nigeria. The company provides services such as financing advisory services, negotiation support services, Oil & Gas Asset Valuation, and business performance improvement services. Several projects have been delivered by the company to clients notably among which are; A Sector-Wide Review of Domestic Gas Pricing Framework in Nigeria, carrying out a Gas Revenue Audit, Supporting an Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Company in building its business structure and operations, carrying out a Field management agreement for the financing and technical services arrangement of an oil field, etc. PCG assisted in the review of the domestic gas pricing framework in Nigeria and proposed a gas pricing framework that will yield an attractive return to investors and bring more investment into the Nigerian gas industry. Another project carried out was the Gas revenue audit for a client in which we reviewed over 10 years invoices records of our client off-takers and advised on any differences. In addition, we assisted our client involved in exploration activities in setting up structures around its business and operations, and also supported our client in field management agreement for the financing and technical services arrangement of an oil field.
