Our facility in Pasadena, Texas is the largest producer of synthetic granulated ammonium sulfate fertilizer in North America. We produce a high quality form of ammonium sulfate. Our facility is strategically located along the Houston Ship Channel, with access to vessels, barge, rail and major highways. This allows us to deliver products within the U.S. and abroad at a significant freight advantage over our competitors. Our Pasadena Facility is located along the Houston Ship Channel, with access to all major modes of transportation. The facility has two deep-water docks, providing access to the Mississippi waterway system and international waterways. The facility is also connected to key domestic railways that permit the efficient, cost-effective distribution of our products west of the Mississippi River. Our Pasadena Facility’s products are sold primarily through distributors to customers in the United States and internationally. Our fertilizers are applied to many types of crops, including soybeans, potatoes, cotton, canola, alfalfa, corn and wheat. IOC is our exclusive distributor of our ammonium sulfate product. We also have access to IOC storage terminals across the U.S., which are located near our customers.
