Our dedicated team is constantly expanding and the people we have at Premier Care Management have a wealth of experience in working with young vulnerable children and young people, mental health, drug/alcohol misuse, violence and aggression and attachment disorders. What do we do at Premier Care Management? Independence Teaching young people life skills, in order to stay safe, sustain themselves in their own accommodation, budget their own money and take responsibility for their own actions. Self Esteem Building and increasing young peoples self esteem and sense of self worth. Positive Behaviour Teaching positive and socially acceptable behaviour, relationships with their families, peers, professionals, and members of the public. Personal Care Maintaining a high standard of personal care, support with appointments with Doctors, Dentist, Opticians etc.
