The Peace-Led Climate Friendly Sustainable Development Forum

Our name - The Peace-Led Climate Friendly Sustainable Development Forum - conveys our purpose: providing a multidisciplinary Forum that explores interventions to achieve the UN SDGs with a bias toward peace-led and climate friendly solutions. Our vision is to be a ground-breaking global peace-led, climate-friendly catalyst that promotes local-global partnerships to support sustainable development among the vulnerable communities, as enshrined in the national, regional, and global SDGs projects and programs, including other national, regional, and global declarations. Our mission is to be the cutting-edge digital Forum that collaborates with local, regional, and global stakeholders to identify needs, and financial gaps, identify and collate the most promising emerging practices to design and integrate the ethos of peace-led climate-friendly initiatives, conducive monitoring, and evaluation frameworks to combat Covid-19 challenges while achieving the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Our target audience is all stakeholders comprised of government, private sector, NGO, civil society, and bi- and multi-lateral agencies who are promoting the UN Sustainable Development Goals – either locally or globally. In addition, the Forum also intends to engage those working on other supporting objectives that address key national interests of Singapore, the Green Plan, and relevant global declarations, such as the Paris/Climate, COP27, and Africa 2036. The Forum views social media users as our primary means of communication, especially LinkedIn and Facebook, and via our network and their networks.
