The International Workshop on PCSELs is the first meeting of its kind dedicated to bringing together researchers in photonic crystal surface emitting lasers from across the globe to discuss latest results, physical and theoretical understanding, device engineering, manufacturing technologies, and applications.
Following on from the tremendous success of last year's event, we are delighted to announce that the 2nd International Workshop on PCSELs will be held later this year, 10th - 12th November 2025, at University of Glasgow, Glasgow, UK.
We are also delighted to announce that, this year, PCSEL 2025 will be co-located with the International Symposium on Photonic and Electromagnetic Crystal Structures - PECS-XIV. Co-locating these events provides a unique forum for showcasing the cutting edge of both PCSEL and photonic crystal & metamaterial research across three days.
