The Petroleum Directorate of Sierra Leone is a governmental regulatory and administrative body. Our mandate is to monitor, regulate and facilitate upstream and midstream activities on behalf of the State. What We do • Custodian of all upstream and midstream oil and gas activities for the State. • Create, Review and Amend Petroleum Law for the State. • Facilitate Licensing Rounds and Direct Negotiations and Negotiate Petroleum Agreements. • Regulate upstream activities on behalf of the State.
