The Project Data Analytics (PDA) Coalition is a cross-industry movement focused on transforming the way we deliver projects through the power of data, AI, and community collaboration. Formed by leading organisations across government, infrastructure, engineering, defence and utilities, the Coalition brings together project professionals, data specialists, suppliers, and academia to accelerate progress, avoid duplication, and co-create scalable solutions that benefit the entire ecosystem. We believe project delivery needs to evolve — from fragmented, reactive approaches to a future that is data-driven, insight-led and AI-enabled. That future cannot be built in silos. Our mission is simple: To unlock the full potential of data and AI to improve project outcomes, reduce waste, and deliver better value for society. What we do: Build open-source solutions that solve real-world project delivery challenges Support capability development through apprenticeships, training and community events Facilitate product groups that bring together industry experts to drive innovation Run hackathons, pilot projects and retrospectives to test and scale ideas Create a space for organisations to learn together, challenge convention and accelerate transformation Members include Rolls-Royce, United Utilities, MOD, EDF, Thales, Environment Agency, Hitachi Rail, Projecting Success and many more.
