PDM Properties is the parent company for the following companies: PDM Property Holdings Limited Founded in 1995, PDM Property Holdings Limited own and manage various Residential properties across Cardiff PDM Commercial Properties Limited Founded in the year 2000, PDM Commercial Properties Limited was established to extend and acquire Shops and Warehouse Units to the portfolio. The company has since been actively investing within the Commercial Property portfolio. Bastion Developments Limited Year 2016 saw an opportunity to establish and invest in renovating Residential Properties for clients. The Company successfully applied and carried out the refurbishment as per clients need.
