Peace At Any Pace (PAAP) offers healing opportunities through culturally specific journeys, genealogical mapping, storytelling, drumming and mindful awareness to multigenerational people of the African diaspora who suffer from the impact of intergenerational and ancestral traumas.
We facilitate national and international classes, retreats and sojourns to bridge histories to present day experiences, transforming wounds to wisdom, leading to deep time liberation. Our primary programming includes:
Deep Time Liberation… an ancestral journey, the unearthing of historical traumas leading to a pathway to healing.
Body, Health & Mindfulness Elder Program, specifically for Grandparents who are sole caregivers of their grand children or have entered into the Foster Care System
Deep Time Liberation’s Alumni Program for those who have completed our initial DTL program and wish to further their journey to wholeness.
PAAP is a national nonprofit based out of Oakland, CA. All PAAP programs serves people from the African Diaspora.
