Global Peace Education Day

A joint project of the Spanish Federation of UNESCO Associations and Clubs, Global Movement for a Culture of Peace, Foundation for a Culture of Peace, Pathways to Peace, The Prem Rawat Foundation, the National Peace Academy, Unity Foundation, PeaceChannel.com, and other groups in a newly formed Global Peace Education Network, which is actively committed to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The goal of this conference is “To assemble a global network of peace educators, and establish a United Nations Peace Education Day which recognizes that peacebuilding skills, strategies, and structures are foundational to all other humanitarian endeavors.”
