We teach a model of First Aid for emotional stress and trauma for non-specialists with a five minute Trauma Tapping Technique (TTT) derived from a collaboration with Dr Carl Johnson who used Thought Field Therapy (TFT) for survivors of the conflict in Kosovo.
You can learn. Training takes around an hour and after this laymen can regulate and balance their symptoms and help others in their family and community - which makes it empowering, specialist-independent, scalable and extremely low cost.
