We are here to help adolescents and young adults become the best version of themselves, mentally, physically, relationally, emotionally, and spiritually. Target Audience High performing adolescents and young adults, teams, their coaches, parents and other stakeholders who can dream boldly; who wish to compete exceptionally well today, and live a full life later. · One-to-one individual performance psychology / utilizing psychological services that are backed by science and research. Individuals will be able to identify mental areas and aspects they want to improve on, gain insight and awareness (from independent, unbiased professionals) into why those areas are important to them, develop and master skills to deal with these areas and aspects. Form meaningful therapeutic relationships grounded in therapeutic environments that foster compassion, vulnerability, authenticity, non-judgmental, empathy, values, growth, insight, and awareness. · Mental Health Seminars / 12 topics that are impacting high performing individuals. There will be 12, 2-3 hours sessions. Each session will focus on a specific topic (i.e. - social media), and include introduction to topic, psychoeducation, exercise or experience, discussion, guest speaker, skills and tool development, review-recap-takeaways-question and answer.
