Peak Gersten, comprised of two established boutique developers Brian Barlia and Rick Gersten, focuses on creating value for underutilized or underperforming real estate assets within the D.C. area, as well as other strong markets and submarkets. Brian and Rick follow a hands-on approach with their projects, relying on a combined seventy years of experience in the different real estate facets—investment, management, financing and development.
