Peakwater Volatility Alpha Fund (Registration No. T24VC0084D-SF004) (Peakwater Fund) is a registered sub-fund of Pilgrim Investment VCC, an umbrella variable capital company incorporated in Singapore, with the assets and liabilities of Peakwater Fund segregated in accordance with section 29 of the Variable Capital Companies Act 2018 of Singapore. The appointed investment manager of Peakwater Fund is Pilgrim Partners Asia (Pte.) Ltd., which holds a capital markets services (CMS) licence issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to carry on the business of fund management for qualified investors only. Peakwater Fund aims to capture global cross-asset volatility risk premia through systematic long/short volatility strategies, targeting 15% annualised volatility with the objective of delivering absolute returns as a differentiated alternative investment solution.
