The properties that we look after are predominantly in Surrey, but with others managed further afield driven by the benefits of consolidating a property portfolio in the hands of a single property management company. We are an RICS regulated firm which brings with it a strict Code of Conduct, Accounting Regulations and protection for client money. We are also ARLA members. Finally, we subscribe to the Tenant Deposit Scheme (TDS) and all tenant deposits held by Pearce & Co. are registered under the Deposit Protection Scheme in accordance with current legislation.
