Pearls Molecular Experience is a brand that was born in 2012 as a result of the passion of 2 ambitious and non-conformist young entrepreneurs. After many hours of R&D, through a complex process of reverse spherification, we managed to keep a completely liquid cocktail inside a thin layer of vegetable gelatin, achieving a new milestone in mixology, the Molecular Cocktail. An innovative experience, full of sensations and surprising.
These "pearl-shaped flavor jewels" will explode in the mouth with light pressure, flooding the palate with sensations and flavor.
