Pearson Commercial Real Estate Services LLC is a full service, commercial real estate brokerage operating in southwest Florida. The organization is owned and managed by the qualifying Broker, W.T. Pearson. W.T., short for William Thomas, is a lifelong resident of Naples. He attended high school at the Community School of Naples and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado in 2012 with a focus in Business Management and Real Estate. Since his licensure in 2012, W.T has directly participated in over 185 commercial real estate transactions valued at over $250 million and is expecting to earn the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2023. As the owner and qualifying broker of Pearson Commercial Real Estate Services LLC, he represents buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in commercial transactions across all of southwest Florida. W.T. is very active in the Southwest Florida community. He has a passion for giving back to the area he grew up, as well as helping others to find ways to get involved to build a stronger community and economy. W.T. has specifically focused much of his time on the Leadership Collier Foundation of the Greater Naples Chamber. W.T. has also served on the leadership board for a number of other local organizations including the Relay for Life of Collier County, Habitat for Humanity Next Gen, Greater Naples Chamber Classic, the Greater Naples Chamber Public Policy Committee, the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group Steering Committee, and has been a guest lecturer on commercial leasing at Florida Gulf Coast University. He is also a 40 under 40 recipient from both Gulfshore Business and Business Observer.
