We progress an asset from a pipeline hypothesis through to clinical trial via three packages:
Package 1 - FAST-TO-POC: Quick to fail/proceed analysis of a pre-pipeline asset with a focus on safety. De-risking investments and increasing confidence that an asset will proceed to an MHRA/EMA/FDA submission
Package 2 - INTERNAL R&D in Stealth: Rapid generation of non reportable data of an asset - Detailed safety, immune profiling, organ-specific toxicities, evaluation of efficacy, on/off target effects. Enables commercially safe fail-iterate-repeat experiments
Package 3 - MHRA/EMA/IND READY DATA: Preclinical Pharmacology and Toxicology Studies – to confirm an asset is reasonably safe for initial testing in humans.
