Welcome to Pebble Pancakes! We're excited to bring a taste of Holland to the vibrant streets of Pondicherry, just opposite the fire station near the iconic Rock Beach. Established on September 1st, 2023, Pebble Pancakes is a unique food cart dedicated to serving the beloved Dutch delicacy known as Poffertjes, or Mini Pancakes. What sets us apart is that we're the only place in the region where you can savor the authentic taste of Poffertjes, just like they're served on the streets of the Netherlands. Our journey began just a couple of months ago, and we've been gaining invaluable experience in the world of roadside business. Join us for a delightful culinary adventure as we bring you these bite-sized, fluffy treats, available with a variety of mouthwatering flavors.
