Most of today’s mainstay cancer treatments are immune-suppressive, prohibitively expensive, and cause toxicities that restrict both dosing and quality of life. Pebble represents a paradigm shift: our candidates address these limitations through multi-modal mechanisms of action, including tumor cytotoxicity, inhibition of cell proliferation, and immune modulation.
Synergistic efficacy has been demonstrated using combinations of single-agent natural product isolates.
