Psychologically Empowered Business Leaders (PEBL) is the inaugural club at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business dedicated to exploring the intersection of psychology and business across diverse industries. Our mission is to facilitate professional and personal development by providing tailored education sessions, fluid action-based curriculum, and a focus on external communications. Our dynamic approach caters to the unique needs of students in marketing, consulting, finance, sales, and research, offering a comprehensive platform for growth and enrichment. Our project work includes working directly with companies and organizations to improve their business functions by focusing on research aided by interviews with professionals for insight, and applying business psychology principles in the deliverables completed to drive successful outcomes for businesses.
