About PECC-Kenya

Pediatric Emergency and Critical Care-Kenya (PECC-Kenya) is an international collaboration committed to improving the management and outcomes of critically-ill children in sub-Saharan Africa through education, research, advocacy, service and effective global partnerships. It is East, Central and West Africa's first accredited training program in Pediatric Emergency & Critical Care by University of Nairobi, AIC Kijabe Hospital and University of Washington. We are committed to excellence in education, research, and advocacy for critically-ill children in resource-limited settings. We are dedicated to the shared global responsibility of improving quality and access to pediatric acute and critical care for children in sub-Saharan Africa. Our vision is to decrease childhood mortality from preventable causes in sub-Saharan Africa by creating critical care capacity and infrastructure. If you would like to support our work through financial contributions, you can donate through our secure online donation portal https://give.seattlechildrens.org/fundraiser/2872530. PECC-Kenya is a program of Seattle Children’s and the University of Washington’s Department of Pediatrics. All donations are tax deductible. We appreciate your support.
