Pechey Distilling Co is a Darling Downs craft and commission distillery launching in early 2019.
Located on the historic Pechey Homestead in the High Country between Hampton and Crows Nest, our distillery will produce a range of craft spirits, beginning with our flagship Homestead Gin. Housed in a restored century old dairy, the distillery will produce small batch gin, vodka, whisky and liqueurs.
With a focus on locally grown and native ingredients, our spirits will showcase the best flavours the high country has to offer. Our onsite brewing process is fully gluten free, using organic ancient grains and cane sugar, to produce clean, high quality spirits.
