As a locally owned home building company, we understand the intricacies of building new homes across the Miami Valley as well as the latest trends in home designs and interior designs. Active members of the Dayton Area Home Builders Association, second generation home builder, Tom Peebles, served as President of the Home Builders Association in 1995 and was picked by his peers as the “1994 Builder of the Year” based on a record of leadership and accomplishment. In 2009, Tom was also awarded the prestigious Robert E. McDaniel-Karl Zengel Leadership Award (for demonstrated leadership accomplishments over a career) by the HBA of Dayton. Third generation Dayton new home builder, John Peebles, has served on the Board of the Home Builders Association since 2013, serving as the association’s 2016 Vice President and the 2017 President. In 2019, John Peebles was named the organizations Builder Member of the Year for services to the Association, the industry, and the community.
