Peel Leadership Centre

Peel Leadership Centre (PLC) is a nonprofit organization with a mission to cultivate, enhance and support leadership and capacity of the nonprofit sector in Peel. PLC works with nonprofit Executive Directors, Boards and management teams to help grow their organizational leadership capacity and strength. PLC’s vision is that the nonprofit sector in Peel will maximize its social impact with strong leaders and strong organizations. PLC through its capacity building work supports aspiring and experienced nonprofit leaders to learn new skills, build knowledge, grow their confidence, their networks and the competencies they need for modern leadership. PLC, through its coaching and consultancy services also supports organizations in leading strategy development and managing succession to ensure stability and sustainability in their organizations and the sector overall. Strong nonprofit leaders and strong organizations deliver high quality services that meet the needs of the people they serve and in turn leading to a strong social impact.
