Feedback and performance for today's workforce At Peer, our mission is to enable every person to reach their potential at work. We believe at the heart of this is getting people the right feedback at the right time, but that for most people, giving honest, helpful feedback at work is incredibly difficult. Our vision is to deliver a solution that replaces traditional performance reviews with a new system of engagement around people that drives relevant, continuous, peer feedback, sparking the kinds of great conversations that the best managers are already having with their people. Our inspiration is seeing new models in our consumer lives that lead people to leave ongoing feedback on everything from the products they buy to the driver who’s taking them home from the airport.
