Peer Advisory Committee (PAC)

PAC; the peer advisory committee is a student-founded committee that aims to advise, assist, and provide academic and psychological support to students through their journey in the college of medicine. PAC members provide guidance to their juniors, ensuring they can study and enjoy their medical school life as efficiently as possible. PAC was founded in 2013 with the primary objective of fostering a community spirit amongst students; helping them feel welcome and guiding them through the experiences of more senior peers – on the academic and career front. The members hold orientation sessions for their juniors, which encompass recommended resources, exam preparation, efficient study tips and so much more. They also offer personalized academic support for those who need a little extra push. PAC aspires to ensure that students are well-oriented about the options available to them post-graduation and to help them navigate through the world of residency programs.
