Peer Support is a growing field with the potential to play a major role in our mental health support network. Supporters empathize with peers through shared lived experiences, and can help peers understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
Peerlink aims to give trained supporters a place to support others and build a client base, and allows peers to choose their supporter out of our entire cohort through shared experiences.
