Our mission is to mitigate the barriers of access to healthcare, behavioral health services, and to improve the social determinants of health of our peers. We are a trauma informed Community Based Organization aimed at reducing avoidable cyclical involvement in emergency services, improving outcomes for individuals and communities at large while limiting repeated contact with law enforcement, avoidable emergency medicine, and inpatient acute hospital and behavioral facility stays.
